Golarion in the Flanaess

I was considering using the load of new (high quality in general, imho) Golarion/Pathfinder supllements for my Greyhawk Campaign.
I will probably place Vudrani and Tian Xia regions outside of the flanaess map using that old gygax sketch.
But I'd also like to use the regional gazetteers for the flanaess regions mixing things a bit:
How would you associate regions? Actually they are a lot different and many of them just don't seem to have equivalents, but I am not afraid to tweak canon references - for example I would compare Tar Baphon to Vecna, etc.
What do you think can be suited with little intervention?

Lands of Linnorm Kings - Barbarians
Hold of Belkzen - Pomarj
The worldwound could be placed close to the empire of iuz, or somewhere beyond the baklunish west

MToscan,

Many people on CF have incorporated PF for their Greyhawk campaigns. YOu should post this in the Pathfinder 3.0 to 3.5 forum. YOu'll probably receeivee more replies and it fits there better.
