Recently I've been thinking about a setting incorporating parts of Greyhawk (including Greyhawk city it's self and some of the surrounding lands), Blackmoor (not placed where it is in Greyhawk, but on the east coast), the Forgotten Realms (including the Dalelands, Cormyr and the surrounding areas as well as the North).
You could. I'd put Blackmoor further north, approximately where Ratik is on the canon maps, since it's north of the Great Kingdom in the Blackmoor setting, and much is made of how the Kingdom of Blackmoor is the northern frontier. There's some talk about that in this thread.
The Dalelands remind me more of the Verbobonc region.

I agree. Moving the Dalelands to the west/northwest of Greyhawk just seems "right" to me.
Having Greyhawk and Waterdeep on two separate oceans creates a nice dynamic tension and gives a huge potential for adventure (as goods must travel overland between the two).
Putting the Great Kingdom or some other old and somewhat greedy empire in the south might spice things up nicely too.
